Ministries & Groups

Wherever you are in life — a child, a student, a parent, or simply someone looking for honest friendship — there is a place for you to belong and to grow here.

Children's Ministry

Birth through elementary

Children are not an interruption to our gathering — they are part of the family. Kids worship with us and have a separate time of discipleship designed for where they are.

Our children's ministry is led by Jennifer Harrington, Allie Harrington, and Shannon Dillard, who care for our youngest members with remarkable patience and joy.

Student Ministry

Middle school & high school

Students are a vital part of our community. They are included and invited to serve and use their gifts to help in worship, in our missional communities, and in serving with others.

We also know it is good for students to connect with others their own age, so we offer two spaces specifically for that.

Women's Ministry

Monthly story sharing

Women gather together monthly to share their faith stories for encouragement and fellowship.

This is space for new women to join along, as well as space for women within Haven Field to meet other women outside of their own missional community. These monthly gatherings vary in times and days so that all women will have the chance to participate.

Men's Ministry

Fire pits are the heartbeat

Once a month we gather around a fire pit at different men's houses and we share life together. We discuss issues that a lot of us are facing as fathers, husbands, young adults, and at many other stages of our lives.

We strive to be a welcoming, safe, and real place to gather and share our hopes, struggles, and passions, with the desire of encouraging each other and giving men a place to connect and be vulnerable with other men.

So grab a beverage of your choice, a cigar, and most importantly a friend, and meet us at our next gathering.

Prayer Ministry

Covering the church, hour by hour

Leader: Khiry Young

Prayer is not a program here — it is how we stay attentive to what God is doing. There are two simple ways to be part of it.

A way to serve

If you would like to be added to pray for an hour slot during the week, please email prayer@havenfield.org.

A way to receive

If you have any prayer concerns or updates, please send your prayer requests to prayer@havenfield.org.

Discipleship

DNA Groups

A DNA group is a short-term small group of the same gender who meet together regularly in order to grow as followers of Jesus. These groups meet for a certain length of time — one semester — before beginning new groups.

N

Nurture

Care sincerely for one another.

A

Holding one another accountable.

We currently have two men's groups meeting, and we launch new groups throughout the year.
